Belinda Marty-Altiery was born in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico.  She possesses a J.D. from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico School of Law.  She has been a Paralegal with Albizu Law Firm for over 6 years and enjoys providing excellent customer service to immigration clients.
